--------------------------------
First let me just get this off my chest. I have nothing whatsoever to do with this:
http://theofficialpageof.com/johnny-whitworth/
In fact, when the words "official page" and "johnny whitworth" came up together I almost hit the floor thinking he actually went official without me. Absurd, right? I
know. Then I saw the site and phew..wasn't worried anymore. Decent concept but someone somewhere will give them shit for using
"the official page of" alongside their name. give it time.
But if he ever does go official without me, it's
over between us. Wow that sounded so effin' ridiculous I even surprised myself.
hokay, let's move on.
---------------------------------
Here's something I'm sharing from a fan named Ginny because I've gotten these types of questions before and maybe this will help other people with the same questions. Then again maybe not. Stay with me people.
"I just recently discovered your Johnny Whitworth fansite, thank you. For questions I could contact you by this email address? I'm thinking about sending a postcard to his fanmail address. The latest address that's the right one? I've seen many more on the internet but since this is a fansite, I trust this one. ;) Also I wanted to ask if you ever sent anything and got something back? I live in the Netherlands, Europe and I don't have the experience of sending postcards to foreign countries or to fanmail addresses. So, I don't know quite how all of this works all together. Do you really need to send a picture along if you want to get an autograph?..."
To my knowledge, the Luber/Roklin address is still Johnny's point of contact for any fanmail or inquiries. I've never sent him anything in the mail (no I've never sent any bras, panties or marriage proposals..relax) so I can't tell you firsthand exactly what will happen. You don't have to have an 8x10 glossy of Johnny to send for him to sign, but if you had something particular you want signed, you'd have to include the item/photo and a note with your request. Do you guys want me to take one for the team and see if I get a reject stamp on my request? I knew it.
MOST IMPORTANTLY include a self-addressed stamped large letter-sized envelope
folded in half with whatever the postage is from the Netherlands to the US and affix it to the front of the envelope. This all then goes
inside a larger envelope that you are sending (more postage needed) to his fanmail address. I don't think the Netherlands has International Reply Coupons anymore so you'll have to find out what the cost will be and buy regular postage. Buy a little more than you think you will need just to be safe so that your envelope doesn't get returned to Johnny's office for insufficient postage and they file it in a not-so-special place.
I would send your postcard or letter right now and see what you get back. With Johnny in Romania filming Ghost Rider 2, you'll most likely get an already stamped or personally autographed photo depending on what his office has on hand while he's not around. If he opens his own mail, reads your letters and signs as he goes, which everyone wants to believe happens with celebrities, expect to be waiting for a while but don't give up. I know he appreciates his fans and would want to thank you all personally whenever he can.
And the info from our
CONTACT US page:
Johnny Whitworth is represented by Luber/Roklin Entertainment. Please send fanmail and direct all other inquiries to the following address:
Johnny Whitworth
c/o Lena Roklin
Luber/ Roklin Entertainment
8530 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 550
Beverly Hills, CA 90211
If you're sending fanmail:
At the bottom corner of the envelope write FANMAIL. Include a self-addressed and stamped envelope if you expect something back. If you want an autograph back make sure to include the picture or item you want signed. Include a self-addressed stamped return envelope.
Be normal. As much as we wish there was no the need to mention this, dating/marriage proposals or (revealing) pictures of yourself are absolutely inappropriate.
Be patient. Please don't attempt to contact Luber/ Roklin Entertainment to ask if Johnny received your letter or to ask where your autograph is. Replies can take weeks or months depending on Johnny's schedule.

Good luck! :) And let me know if you don't get anything back, I'll tell his mom on him. I'd have to ask Johnny for her email address though..that would be kinda' lame, no?
xoxo
