What Day Is This?
I rolled off of my bed last night. Just rooolled right off and did a face plant on the floor. My babe's on a tour, so it's his fault since I fell off his side of the bed, right? My head hurts. Then the UPS guy at work has some kind of love for me and brought me in a coffee and an unusually big cruller this morning, and the guys in my office lost their shit because gawd forbid anything phallic shaped get delivered to me. I ate it in front of them...most of it anyway, I gagged when they started enjoying it too much.
It's my head injury talking..I'll be ok.
Johnny I need a neck massage.

Valley of the Sun To Be At The Edina Film Festival
Valley of the Sun, starring Johnny Whitworth, will be screening at the Edina Film Festival in Edina, Minnesota on October 22nd. There must be.. some sort of reason why they're screening at a first time film festival, but all I know about Edina is that Brett Favre had an overpriced condo at the top of the Westin hotel. Irrelevant, I know.
In any event, this is great news and we hope to see Valley of the Sun expand their screening engagements over the next several months. don't make a girl beg.

Happy Monday Johnny Whitworth Fans
According to Valley of the Sun's Facebook page they have secured themselves an international distributor, Vantage Media International. You can see the untrailered promo page here.
Also, Valley of the Sun has landed on a screening date in Surprise, AZ at the UltraStar Theater. I'll link to additional info once it gets posted. The film will apparently be shown during the daylight hours, possibly taking into consideration a certain age demographic among other things. sigh. I can't watch Johnny Whitworth play a porn star while it's still light out. I just can't.
If you're having a difficult Monday already, think of me. My gorgeous friend Billy had to bring his mother up from Miami for a family event and as we walked to get coffee she asked me what I wear under my jeans. She wanted to know what kind of UNDERPANTS I wear because she doesn't see them bunched up anywhere on my tush. I'm so flattered.. but who says this? Who asks someone who isn't under 5 or over 80 what kind of 'underpants' they wear? Why wasn't the word underpants banned in the 70's? anyway, Billy wouldn't let me answer because he either can't handle my panty discussion or he wants his mother to still like me after I answer those kinds of questions. Coffee was awkward.
I got an adorable email from one of Johnny's fans laced with profanity and perverted pipe dreams about the actor but it is entirely unpublishable on this site. As a reminder, if you send fanmail, digital or otherwise- please be respectful and keep it on the clean side. ♥

Walmart to Exclusively Release "Reach for Me" on Sept. 6th!
This is really good news! After Reach for Me suffered a faith based marketing blow and bungled 'limited theatrical release' in Palm Springs and Las Vegas, it will be available to everyone by way of a national campaign that will exclusively take it into 2,770 Walmart stores on September 6th. Reach for Me is currently one of Walmarts largest orders for an independent film. Walmartians love movies!
You can pre-order it online at Walmart before the 6th for only $7.50! The list price is $24.98 and could be that price or close to it when it first hits the stores.
"Reach For Me" is an honest yet humorous and heartfelt look at how we deal with life, love, laughter, and commitment in our last days with the realization that: It's not the minutes that count, but how we spend the moments.
Johnny Whitworth and his character Kevin will completely break your heart with this film but it has a message you do not want to miss. Buy kleenex at Walmart too, it's only $.97
