Johnny Whitworth Career Scoop

It's ok girl, this is a common Johnny Whitworth misnomer but I have good news: he's still working and he still has a good career. 

Like any other respected Hollywood actor though, he seems to refuse to settle for just any half-ass project that comes along. He has a loyal fanbase that pushed him to icon status during the Empire Record years and he continues to pick up dedicated fans from all over the world. His most recent cinematic endeavors include co-starring with Nicolas Cage in Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (2011) and before that with Bradley Cooper in Limitless (2011). We're waiting to see what's next!

BTW- Reference to Ant-Man has been removed from Johnny's list of credits in IMDb. Doesn't necessarily mean anything yet other than stop spreading rumors and wait for an announcement if/when it's a done deal.

JOHNNY WHITWORTH TO PLAY "WHIRLWIND" IN MARVEL'S ANT-MAN?

I was going to ignore this until it was confirmed but since it's been lighting up on Twitter over the weekend, let's discuss. I haven't heard anything else about it, but I kind of assume it's true because you know IMDb never messes anything up *cough*. Anyway if Johnny confirms with me that he accepted the role of "Whirlwind",  you'll be one of the first to know.
